Aquila is excited to be offering openings in a number of Brisbane Store locations. We are looking for outstanding **Sales Assistants **to work across our Brisbane store network.

Aquila is a family business founded in 1958, in a small shoe factory in Melbourne, Australia. Building a reputation for quality shoes with Italian styling and traditional construction techniques, Our name has become synonymous with well-crafted footwear.

We now operate in 40 retail stores nationwide and is as proud of its rich heritage as its position as the leader in men's fashion footwear in Australia.

As a Sales Assistant, you will support the Store Manager and be responsible for providing exceptional customer service. Our Sales Assistants are responsible for:

- Helping drive store sales performance
- Delivering the highest level of customer service
- Helping to implement and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Assisting in inventory control management
- Store presentation

This is a fantastic opportunity for driven retail Sales Assistants who want to build a career in Retail fashion. Career progression is a key part of our Team management. Great sales training is provided, so no experience is necessary - Just the right attitude. To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate the following:

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $21.48 - $35.18 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gold Coast QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
