**About the role**
The Commercial Sales Consultant role is to develop and maintain the profitable sales of Solahart Commercial product for the Direct Model in Sydney. Your duties would include:

- Develop a quotation pipeline of commercial opportunities - budget based on agreed targets.
- Onsite appraisals, regular ongoing commercial submissions presented to Sales Manager.
- Update CRM with all projects. Quote success ratio will be a key criteria.
- Self-driven lead generation will be required to ensure pipeline targets are achieved.
- Identify key market segments to hone in on Commercial opportunities.

**About you**

We are looking for someone who is committed, motivated and outcome driven. You will also have:

- Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment working with individual and team KPIs
- The ability to build rapport with people at all levels both internally and externally
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and time management skills
- Ability to work unsupervised, prioritise your workload and achieve your targets
