Job Title : Sales Consultant / Senior Sales Consultant / Sales Manager (NSW)

Location : Sydney

Salary : $85,000 – $120,000 + Super + Uncapped Commission

We're partnering with a well-regarded and design-focused commercial furniture supplier, known for its strong relationships within the Architecture & Design (A&D) community across Australia. This organisation is built on collaboration, creativity, and a people-first culture—and they're now looking to grow their NSW sales team.

This opportunity is open to individuals at varying levels of seniority—from Sales Consultant through to Senior Consultant and Sales Manager—depending on experience and market presence.

The Role

This is a consultative sales role with a strong focus on relationship building, solution selling, and long-term client engagement. You'll work closely with A&D professionals, helping them bring their commercial project visions to life with a thoughtfully curated product offering.

You'll be expected to actively develop new business opportunities while nurturing existing relationships, operating more as a trusted advisor than a traditional sales rep.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships within the A&D sector

Proactively seek new business opportunities through a consultative and value-driven sales approach

Manage the sales process end-to-end, from initial contact through to project completion

Support and guide clients through product selection and project requirements

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery

What We're Looking For

Experience in the commercial furniture industry or similar design-led sales environment

Existing relationships in the A&D community (highly desirable)

A natural "hunter" mindset, with a drive to develop new business—but not pushy or overly "salesy"

Consultative, thoughtful, and customer-centric approach

A grounded, personable, and collaborative attitude

Proven stability in previous roles (we value loyalty and long-term commitment)

Backgrounds in support or coordination roles considered for more junior applicants

What's on Offer

Base salary between $85,000 – $120,000 + Super (commensurate with experience)

Uncapped commission structure based on profit margins—strong performers have the potential to double their base salary
