What does the job look like?

We are seeking a passionate Copywriter and Communications Advisor to join the Communications and Engagement Team based at our Essendon Fields head office.

Reporting to the Corporate Affairs Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the team in planning, developing and delivering internal and external communications and engagement strategies for Linfox.

You will work closely with a supportive team on a diverse range of hands-on communication tasks, including researching, writing, editing, and executing high quality communications that's informative and engaging for key audiences.
- Plan, write and deliver content across internal and external channels, that align with organisational goals.
- Deliver internal campaigns, communications, projects and events.
- Assist with the development of strategies that increase engagement across Linfox's digital channels.
- Prepare creative briefs for external suppliers for design, video and photography.
- Create organisational promotional materials.
- Manage, maintain and update the content library system.

Are you the one?

You are a Communications professional with a background in leading and developing content, experience in copywriting, proofing and editing with a strong interest in digital content. You have a natural ability to forge strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, can manage multiple tasks and work within a fast-paced environment. You are dedicated to learning and thrive in an environment where you continue to learn and develop. You can demonstrate:

- Tertiary level qualification in Marketing & Communications or similar.
- 3+ years Copywriting or communications experience across agency or inhouse.
- Proven copywriting experience across a diverse range of channels.
- Ability to develop content such as digital articles, video scripts and posters.
- Ability to foster strong relationships with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in managing multiple projects within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience developing engaging content for social media (LinkedIn and Instagram).
- Understanding of basic SEO principles and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with Canva and Adobe Design is highly desirable.
- Ability to navigate SharePoint, WordPress, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms/content libraries.
