- Ability to clearly demonstrate strong face to face & telephone guest service skills.
- Desire and ability to learn and follow direction.
- A quick thinker, solutions focused with strong issue resolution ability.
- A calm positive can-do empathic demeanour with the ability to multi-task and excel in a fast paced, demanding environment.
- A fast learner who takes pride in their ability to provide an unparalleled service to guests.
- A positive can-do attitude with strong communication skills (Oral & written).
- IT Literacy with strong attention to detail
- Well groomed & presented, Self-motivated & career orientated
- Adaptable & flexible, punctual and reliable (early mornings & Saturday rosters)
- Good listening & decision-making ability
- Strong work ethic and career orientated
- Current Manual Driver's License is Highly Regarded
- **Previous Service Advisor Experience in a High-Volume Dealership Environment is highly regarded.**
