**Trainee Service Advisor.**

**The Role**

To be successful for this career advancing role, you will be a confident people person, who enjoys engaging in conversation with a wide range of people, with a natural ability to deliver great customer service, provide timely issue resolution and positively influence situations in a fast-paced customer facing environment.

**The key responsibilities for this position are but are not limited to**:

- Face-to-face customer interactions as they drop off and pick up their vehicles with a focus on customer convenience.
- Liaising with internal workshop employees to ensure that jobs are completed efficiently and are returned to our servicing customers as promised
- Effective customer communication, follow up customers to provide updates on any additional work that is required on their vehicle
- Accurately reconcile the Repair Order to the Invoice, ensuring all open repair orders are confirmed and invoices prepared upon completion of work in an accurate and timely manner.

**To be considered you will possess**:

- Ability to clearly demonstrate strong face to face & telephone customer service skills.
- Desire and ability to learn and follow direction.
- A quick thinker, solutions focused with strong issue resolution ability.
- A Calm positive can-do empathic demeanour with the ability to multi-task and excel in a fast paced, demanding environment.
- A fast learner who takes pride in their ability to provide an unparalleled service to customers.
- A positive can-do attitude with strong communication skills (Oral & written).
- IT Literacy with strong attention to detail
- Adaptable & flexible, punctual, and reliable (early mornings & Saturday rosters)
- Ability to communicate clearly with strong command of English.
- Good listening & decision-making ability
- Current Manual Driver's License is Highly Regarded
- **Previous Experience in Automotive, or in a fast paced, customer facing Retail/Sales role with the ability to demonstrate excellent Customer Care skills is Essential**
