As a Service Advisor, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our valued guests, guiding them through their service journey with a warm and welcoming approach. Working closely with our skilled Technicians, you will manage the timely completion of service appointments while offering proactive maintenance recommendations to keep our guests' vehicles running at their best. Your keen attention to detail will ensure accurate documentation and seamless coordination, resulting in a smooth and efficient service process that maximises customer satisfaction.

This role requires a strong and focused work ethic; you'll need to be disciplined, 100% customer-focused, and possess a positive, outgoing personality, as you'll be dealing with guests from 07.30 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday.

**Requirements to Excel**
As a Service Advisor at Airport Toyota, we are seeking individuals with a strong guest centric focus and experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing retail/sales role. Your exceptional guest care skills will be highlighted as you showcase your professionalism and polished demeanour, both in face-to-face interactions and telephone customer service.

Your ability to think on your feet and find efficient solutions will be invaluable in this dynamic role, where a positive can-do attitude and adaptability to challenges will drive your success. Punctuality and reliability are essential traits as you consistently deliver top-notch service, even during early mornings and Saturday rosters.

Attention to detail and IT savviness will ensure seamless operations and precise record-keeping as you communicate fluently and effectively with both guests and team members. Your drive, initiative, and strong work ethic will set you apart as a valuable team member. Holding a valid manual driver's licence is highly regarded and will be advantageous in this role.
