**Position purpose**

Due to internal promotion, the Business Relationship Manager (BRM) position is vacant. As an BRM, you are a member of the Transport Hub(T-HUB) Leadership Team, you are the external and internal facing member for transportation working with business divisions within the Nestlé market. You are the initial point of contact for escalating business issues which create frustrations on the planning floor and will have business accountability for specific performance objectives. You will have a customer mindset to identify and lead strategic and tactical opportunities with partners and cross-functional teams and deliver value creation for Transport Operations.

This role is based in Rhodes, and we offer agile working. There might be some travel required to visit our sites and Distribution Centres.

**Responsibilities**:

- Enforce Carrier Compliance through SRM Reviews
- Manage Transport Capacity and Pricing requirements
- Work closely with the Procurement and Finance teams
- Maintain a close relationship with business partners
- Run strategic and tactical improvement initiatives with carriers
- Run monthly and bi-monthly updates/presentations with carriers
- Be the ‘go to’ person with day-to-day enquiries/escalation point
- Manage internal customers/expectations

**Skills and Experiences**
- Demonstrated experience within transportation planning/execution environments is a plus
- Experience with, or within, multiple functional facets of supply chain
- Understanding of drivers of Total Delivered Cost and transportation's impact to TDC
- Understanding of the transportation industry
- Able to work will all levels of management and strong business acumen
- Strong verbal and written communication
- A strong customer and growth mindset
- Experienced with SAP TM and Excel is preferred
- Any tertiary/degree education is a plus, e.g., Finance, Supply Chain
