**Your Role**

We have a great contract opportunity for a Compulsory Third Party Claims Specialist to join the CTP Claims Health and Recovery team.

You’ll manage a portfolio of complex compulsory third party claims with delivery timeframes to work towards. Your goal is to find ways to remove barriers and allow claimants access to things they need to resolve claims. You’ll manage a large caseload of claims with customers that are experiencing major life events. In return you’ll be part of a supportive and customer-centric team that make a difference.

This role offers hybrid working, with flexibility to work from home up to four days per week after training.

**About You**
- Prior CTP Insurance experience
- Strong customer focus with a high level of communication skills
- Experience diffusing conflict situations
- High level of empathy and resilience
- Good attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Outcome focused with a drive for results
