Leading national insurance provider looking to recruit CTP Claims team leader to drive forward claims team

**Your new company**

You will have the opportunity to work at one of the leading names in the insurance sector and a business who supports internal growth whilst also offering a flexible working environment for their employee’s. You will be leading a team of Case Managers across CTP claims, helping to drive forward the customer offering whilst also developing staff members. You will have the opportunity to be a real leader within the team across all aspects.

**Your new role**

Working as a Claims Team Leader you will be;
- Managing your own claims team to ensure that all SLA’s are being met and high levels of Customer service achieved
- Take escalations and manage any complex claims
- Investigating complaints to ensure that all cases are completed satisfactorily
- Engaging with all relevant stakeholders to ensure that outcomes are achieved promptly
- Managing QA within the team and ensuring Case managers maintain high claims quality

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role, you will have;
- Experience across CTP claims and with some leadership experience
- A track record of managing your own portfolio to a high standard
- Very Strong customer service skills
- An attention to detail and strong computer skills
- An organised and efficient approach to work
