**YOUR ROLE**

We’ve a great permanent opportunity for a CTP (Compulsory Third Party) claims consultant to join our team based in Sydney CBD. You’ll manage a portfolio of complex compulsory third party claims with delivery timeframes to work towards. The workload will primarily consist in a team focussed on the health and recovery of people injured in motor vehicle accidents. Your goal is to find ways to remove barriers and allow claimants access to things they need to resolve claims.

This role offers hybrid working, with flexibility to work from home up to four days per week after the initial training, commencing ASAP. You’ll work Monday to Friday 8:30am
- 5pm, with some flexibility.

Please note: To work from home, you’ll need high speed internet connection and a private home office set up.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience to effectively deal with customers, problem solve and diffuse conflict situations
- Strong customer focus including well developed customer service skills
- Good attention to detail and ability to analyse various sources of information
- A drive for results and is outcome focused
- Basic computer skills - ability to troubleshoot
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

You’ll manage a large case load of claims with customers that are experiencing major life events. A high level of communication, empathy and resilience is an absolute must. In return you’ll be part of a tight knit, customer-centric team that make a difference.
