**Job Description**:
The Colliers Government Property Services Team (GPS) are seeking the expertise of an organised and proactive Administration Assistant to provide support within our Canberra CBD Office.

You will be supporting an industry leading team working within a driven, dynamic and fast paced environment. This role presents you with a fantastic opportunity to utilise and further enhance your strong administration skills by providing administrative support to produce accurate, timely and high-quality reporting and documentation for clients.

**Some of your key responsibilities will include**:

- Co-ordinate the collation or reports, marketing materials, submissions, and other documentation, including typing, photocopying, binding.
- Coordinating and participating in team meetings.
- Preparation of general correspondence including composition of memos, minutes and letters.
- Assist in the preparation and collation of reports, submissions and other documentation to a high standard.
- Ongoing management of critical information spreadsheets.
- Reconcile and action invoices and expenses as necessary.
- Manage team travel economically, ensuring cost effective airfares and ground transport are arranged

**Qualifications**:
**The skills and experience you will bring to this role include**:

- Recent and relevant experience demonstrating skills in a similar transferrable role.
- A motivated self-starter with a positive and proactive approach to team based initiatives.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Suite - Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience using InDesign will be an advantage.
- High attention to detail coupled with strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
