We are seeking a passionate and motivated team member to join us in the role of **Administration Assistant** based at our **Fyshwick** branch. This is a unique opportunity where no two days are the same. From interacting with customers to adding significant value in our administrative functions, this role will best suit for an individual who is a fast learner, multi-tasker and a general all rounder.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Providing excellent customer service to our valued customers
- Arrange dispatch of products or product information to existing clients or new contacts
- Maintain and update customer / product data base.
- Attending to incoming calls.
- Making outbound calls to existing prospective customers.
- Data entry and processing of sales orders.
- Managing front-end communication with clients.
- Receive and receipt payment for goods.
- Handling office administrative duties.
- Working closely with other teams in the business to fulfil customers' requirements.
- Ensure compliance with credit procedures as issued by the Credit Department
- Assist stores personnel when necessary

**Ideally, we are seeking someone with exceptional common sense and a 'can-do' attitude, to work within a challenging yet rewarding industry. To be successful in this role you will**:

- Naturally be a team player with a desire to provide exceptional customer service
- Have previous experience in a customer facing role
- Be great at multitasking and prioritising
- Display great interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess intermediate numerical skills with good attention to detail and accuracy.
