**The opportunity**
We have full-time and part-time generalist HR roles available with a focus on business partnering while we also support you with mentoring and professional development.

Either work completely with one client part-time or full-time, or mix it up with with a variety of businesses across a range of industries - while also being part of the Harrisons team of consultants utilising our knowledge and resources to support clients. Potential current client locations Murarrie/Wakerley/Milton and our office is at East Brisbane.

Reporting to our Head of HR Team Service, priorities for clients vary depending on their business needs but primarily you will develop and deliver on People & Culture Plans and operational HR support for small/medium businesses, including:

- Advising, coaching and training managers on the full range of HR management areas, including performance management, leadership development, FWA and Award terms and conditions, attraction and retention.
- Facilitating employee engagement surveys and action planning, HR Health Checks and developing HR Plans with a focus on culture, compliance, and upskilling managers.
- Resourcing strategy - attracting, selecting and onboarding new team members for clients. Including developing EVP/Employer Brand strategies with clients to address current sourcing challenges.
- Managing HR/ER/L&D projects such as employee engagement surveys, developing position descriptions, P&Ps, performance and development reviews, remuneration reviews, and HRIS implementation.

**About you**
You have a passion for helping businesses and leaders to develop their best team and best business, as well:

- You love business partnering, influencing, coaching and relationship-building with leaders, as well as writing an excellent letter of advice/report/internal comms.
- You are an experienced generalist HR professional and/or external HR consultant.
- You have experience across a range of industries such as professional services, construction, and/or manufacturing.
- You will likely hold a tertiary qualifications in business, OD, HR/ER, psych, employment law or similar.
