**About the Role**

Due to an internal promotion, a new opportunity exists for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a dedicated HR Team where you will be responsible for delivering best-practice operational and strategic HR support, advice, coaching and mentoring to enable the effective delivery of the company and HR strategy.

Reporting to the Group Manager - People Partnerships, your key areas of focus include:

- Building and maintaining strong, credible working relationships across your client group consisting of 300 employees across 30+ sites mainly across Brisbane metro areas;
- Providing comprehensive industrial and employee relations advice and services and effectively managing employee relations matters end to end;
- Supporting effective workforce planning initiatives to identify the capacity and capability of the organisation;
- Supporting the Group Manager - People Partnerships in the development, implementation and evolution of the HR Strategy through HR projects to embed a forward-thinking, self-sufficient and proactive culture.
- Leading, coaching and motivating others in the development of robust and innovative approaches to build ownership and engagement at all levels;
**About You**

You will be an experienced and motivated HR Practitioner where your passion for enabling others and building trusted business relationships will be key to your success in this role. You are the type of person who truly values the importance of carving out long-lasting professional partnerships with the wider business to elevate its people and the business.

You will demonstrate:

- Strong experience in HR Business Partnering/HR Generalist positions;
- Demonstrable sound knowledge in Employee Relations/Industrial Relations;
- You enjoy working autonomously, effectively managing your own time and driving success within your portfolio, whilst also contributing and collaborating within a team;
- Results-driven and solutions-focused with a strong commercial lens;
- Outstanding influencing, negotiating and stakeholder management skills, with a strong service focus;
- The ability to flex between supporting strategic direction and rolling your sleeves up to be hands-on, depending on business needs.
- Degree qualified with a business or related major

This permanent opportunity is based North Brisbane at either Kingston or Eagle Farm, in conjunction with a hybrid WFH flexible work arrangement. Generous salary on offer, up to circa $169K package inclusive of Super.
