Our client is renowned for the calibre of their people and the innovation in their work. A well-known and highly regarded multinational, their Human Resources team is recognised internally for their efficiency, innovation and cut-through.

Due to ongoing growth, they are now seeking a HR Business Partner to work closely with colleagues and senior stakeholders to provide expert advice, guidance and support with respect to a scope of HR matters, ranging from operation support in HR processes to expert advice regarding complex employment matters.

Partnering with highly skilled business leaders, the role involves (and is not limited to):

- The provision of advice and guidance on matters such as: performance management, employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation, workforce planning and work health and safety
- Building and sustaining professional, collaborative relationships to ensure the acknowledgement of and compliance with HR policies and procedures, legislation, programs and initiatives
- Providing strategic, responsive generalist HR support, partnering with client groups to identify issues and opportunities, e.g. collaborating with talent acquisition colleagues as they build special project teams from scratch
- Proactively supporting the development and delivery of effective best practice HR services and programs
- Working effectively with management to coordinate and resolve complex employee relations issues.

Key to success in this role is your ability to build relationships and effectively influence and consult with internal stakeholders across a wide range of HR matters. You will be an experienced generalist with a naturally cooperative and interested approach.
