**Executive HR Business Partner**

Leading Roles, a leading local government executive recruitment and HR advisory services company, is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Executive HR Business Partner to join our team. As the Executive HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of HR advisory services, developing long-term partnerships with clients, and driving organisational excellence. This is a full-time permanent position reporting to the Executive Manager of Leading Roles.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a strategic and financially sound HR Advisory Business Plan, identifying target clients and building a portfolio of relevant services.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance and support on HR-related issues, including aligning human resource strategies to organisational goals, creating performance-driven cultures, and facilitating executive performance planning and development.
- Ensure the successful delivery of strategic HR consulting projects, meeting high-quality standards and client expectations.
- Build and maintain a network of business contacts, representing Leading Roles in forums and events, and leverage new opportunities aligned with the HR Advisory Business Plan.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and Marketing Communications Manager to implement effective lead generation campaigns and secure opportunities.
- Develop proposals that accurately reflect client needs and demonstrate the value of our consulting services.
- Manage the HR Business Coordinator, providing guidance, setting priorities, and overseeing the delivery of HR consulting work.
- Engage with other business leaders at Leading Roles to cross-sell our services and shape the future of the organisation.

**Experience and Capabilities Required**:

- 10+ years of experience engaging with Chief Executive Officers and other executives, providing advice, direction, and HR leadership.
- Proven experience in leadership development programs and aligning human resource strategies to organisational goals.
- Familiarity with organisational development and culture change tools, such as Human Synergistics.
- Previous experience in the local government sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong commercial knowledge, particularly in a consulting context, with the ability to engage with warm leads and identify client needs.
- Excellent communication skills, speaking with confidence and gravitas to establish a 'trusted advisor' relationship with key clients.
- High level of drive and initiative to build a business unit from the ground up.

The salary for this position is $165 750 per annum including Superannuation.
