**About the Role**

An opportunity exists for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their dedicated HR team and partner with the wider business to provide best-practice HR support.

Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, the HR Business Partner is responsible for managing their own portfolio across the full employee lifecycle, with a predominant ER/IR focus, so it is essential for the individual to possess case management experience within a highly regulated environment. Some on-site travel will be included, however limited.

**About You**

You will be a strong HR Generalist, with a passion for ER/IR and the desire to provide exceptional HR support across the wider business. You will possess strong case management experience and hold a least 6 years minimum + of solid end-to-end HR generalist experience with a focus in ER/IR.

You will ideally come from a NFP background to appreciate the nature of the business. It is highly desirable if someone possesses Disability Industry experience and being familiar with the SCHADS Award.
