4D Doors is redefining the garage door industry and we are seeking a highly motivated team manager to lead a dedicated group of installers and service technicians.
You will be challenged with driving the coordination of installation and service of our market leading products. You will need to be solution focussed to navigate key issues for our broad customer base in the commercial, Industrial, and private sectors.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:
- Coordinating a Field Service administration team to deliver key business installation and service numbers.
- Spending time out in the field, onsite with Installers and Service Technicians, building relationships and learning the Business from the ground up.
- Strategising with the Field Service team to deliver on team goals and objectives.
- Working with the training team to ensure that all works are carried out to company and manufacturer standards.
- Ensure Field Service team members adhere to OH&S legislation and requirements.
- Ensure all Field Service team members are compliant with relevant licencing, background checks (For example construction cards, Working With Children Check) and ensure the team have all appropriate tools, equipment, and work wear.
- Ensure all Field Service works are completed first time, every time to meet customer expectation.
- Ensure all Field Service issues are resolved to customer satisfaction in a timely manner.
- Ensure all business assets including vehicles, tools and plant are maintained and serviced to safe conditions as required.

- Demonstrated success in managing a service-based team with the ability to lead with a strong focus on mentoring, coaching, and developing your team.

- Lazer focussed on the job management through total engagement with your Field Service team.
