Receptionist/Cafe for a Gymnastics Club

MONDAY - FRIDAY 2:30PM-5:30PM

We are looking for an experienced enthusiastic, passionate and reliable Receptionist to join our team at Lane Cove Gymnastics Club. You will also help sell drinks and snacks to our customers from our little cafe.

We are looking for someone who will embody our vision of creating relationships with our customers through genuine interactions and an unmatched customer experience.

The hours are: Monday - Friday 2: pm

Receptionist Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Greet and welcome parents and children as soon as they arrive at the gym making each client feel part of our LCGC family.

  • Answering calls and responding to emails.
  • It is essential that the successful candidate takes pride in their work, their appearance and their surroundings.
  • Ensure the club is of high standard in cleanliness and presentation at all times.
  • General admin duties.

Receptionist Qualifications / Skills:

  • Work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role is preferred however not essential
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Must have a current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain one.
