Airport West, Australia Roasting Warehouse Specialty Coffee Full time

As the Head Barista at our Roasting Warehouse, you will be responsible for leading our team and delivering exceptional coffee experiences to our customers. You will work closely with our team of roasters and cafe staff to create a welcoming and knowledgeable atmosphere that showcases our high-quality coffee.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and train a team of baristas, ensuring exceptional customer service and consistent quality of coffee beverages.
- Work with the roasting team to ensure that all coffees are within parameters set by RWSC
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the coffee program, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and scheduling staff.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and ensure that their coffee experiences exceed their expectations.
- Ensure that the cafe is always clean, organized, and in compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

- Extensive experience as a barista, with a passion for specialty coffee and a deep understanding of coffee brewing and extraction.
- Experience managing a team of baristas and a busy coffee program.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
- Experience with inventory management, ordering supplies, and managing budgets.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a dedication to quality and consistency in all aspects of the coffee program.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
