The Opportunity:
Delaware North Australia is hiring a full time **Cafe Manager** for our Coffee Quarter venue at **Perth Airport** We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about delivering exceptional guest service, with a positive attitude and a drive to create unforgettable experiences.

In this role, you'll oversee daily operations, managing staff, boost revenue, and exceed guest expectations. This is your chance to lead a dynamic team, showcase your skills, and make a real impact. Your input will be key to our success, and you'll build a reputation as the best in the business

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing the daily operations of the venue and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently
- Focus on guest satisfaction through exceptional service delivery
- Achieve financial targets, manage budgets, control stock and oversee labour
- Ensure adherence to OH&S and food hygiene standards
- Support, develop and lead a diverse team with a strong emphasis on training to exceed guest expectations

What will you bring?:

- Cafe management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Approved Managers Card
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
- Food Safety Certificate
- Passion for the hospitality industry with a guest-focused, energetic, and self-motivated approach
- Strong people leadership skills
- Experience in recruiting, mentoring, training, and developing teams
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster
