**About the Role**
We are on the lookout for an energetic, tech-savvy Sales professional who will be responsible for building strong relationships and driving growth in selling IT solutions for customers in various sectors in the industry. This will be a permanent full-time opportunity within our Brisbane Sales Team.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a key contributor to our team your responsibilities will include
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition, and the relevant market
- Build and manage strong long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
- Following industry trends locally and internationally
- Writing business proposals, assessing and responding to tenders
- Create quotes and proposals for customer requirements and build sales pipelines
- Drafting and reviewing contracts
- Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
- Accountable for revenue growth, customer NPS and exceeding target expectations
**A bit about you**:
- Proven experience as a BDM / Account Executive or similar role
- Strong Understanding of the relevant market and the unique products and services that can be delivered.
- Demonstrable experience in dealing with high-level negotiations, creating quotes and designing customer specific solutions
- Proven track record in converting sales leads and selling IT solutions - including VMWare, infrastructure, cloud, MDM services, mobile devices (Apple, Android and Windows iOS)
- Excellent communication skills and experience in customer support
- Excellent time management and planning skills
- High-level communication & Stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
- Ability to manage issues and conflict to a constructive outcome
- The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
- Experience working to and exceeding targets
