The Opportunity
Main Expectations
- Assist the CEO in effectively managing the their work queue and ensure efficient coordination & communication with executive leadership team and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and refine internal processes that support high-ranking executives companywide, and coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflows
- Manage communication with employees by liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks
- Plan and orchestrate work to ensure that leadership priorities are met, organisational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld
- Organise team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site
- Assist with strategic hiring from Australian and international markets
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality of all information and demonstrate a high degree of integrity and work ethic
- Part-time role: You will be working from our Brisbane (Fortitude Valley) offices for 2-4 days per week. There is flexibility to work a certain number of hours per day and spread the time over the week.
Key Qualifications
- Mandatory - A minimum of 3 similar recent positions held
- Mandatory - Prior experience supporting a CEO or senior executives in a similar role
- Preferable - Experience with a technology focused and/or fast growing mid-size business
- Proficiency in MS Office, accounting (e.g: Xero) and time sheeting software
- Purchasing and vendor & customer relationship management experience
- Conferences and event coordination experience
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Although part time, being flexible is critical to your success in this role.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
