Come and discover the opportunity to join our Australian Steel Market business in our Braeside team as an Account Coordinator, we have 2 positions available to join our dynamic and exciting team.

Being the key customer representative to a dedicated portfolio of customer accounts, you'll partner with our customers maintaining our high standards of service delivery.

This role offers a great opportunity for a graduate to gain exposure to various parts of the business, allowing you to build your skills and create a pathway for you to grow your career within our large organisation.

**What will you do?**

In these varied roles, you will:

- manage the customer experience for your account portfolio
- work with internal stakeholders to provide solutions and deliver product in line with customer business needs
- provide our customers with real-time updates on product and service-related matters
- identify improvements with our systems and processes, assist with implementing changes for internal teams and customers

As a recent graduate looking to kick start your career, you will bring:

- relevant tertiary qualifications in a related discipline (Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Commerce, Supply Chain)
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- good attention to detail with the ability to resolve issues and identify solutions
- computer competency to learn our IT systems
- a thirst for learning and taking on new challenges and initiatives
