As an Account Representative, you will assist with ongoing sales growth and satisfaction in a customer centric environment. Supporting new and existing Bullivants accounts, you will take a proactive approach by coordinating customer quotes while collaborating with the Business Development Managers to foster sales growth.

This is a **permanent, full-time opportunity **and will be based onsite at **Bullivants Braeside.**

**Some of the tasks**:

- Support with pricing level optimisation across portfolio to maximise sales and margin
- Resolve queries and ensure first contact resolution to ensure overall satisfaction
- Identify, evaluate and recommend alternative service solutions where required
- Support with customer complaint resolution across relevant portfolio
- Monitor competitor activity and provide market intel to the Area Sales Manager

- Previous experience in a customer centric work environment
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- High level attention to detail
- Good written, verbal communication and computer skills
- Proactive nature with a focus on problem solving to achieve an outcome
