We work with industry and assist businesses to create a safe and healthy culture in Queensland places of work. We do this by:

- Making sure work health and safety laws are followed.
- Investigating work-related fatalities and serious injuries.
- Educating workplaces on ways to comply with legislation.
- Taking legal action when work health and safety laws are broken.
- Educating employees and employers on their legal obligations.

As the Client Services Officer you will work within the Advisory Services and Psychosocial Response Unit teams in the Licensing and Regulatory Interventions (LARI) directorate to provide operational support to the Managers, contribute to the documentation and tracking of records through accurate data entry, liaising with internal and external providers to ensure the continued running of the business unit.
While there are no mandatory conditions or qualifications for this role, qualifications in an appropriate discipline are highly desirable.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is responsive in a fast paced and dynamic work environment. You will be accountable, able to problem solve, work collaboratively and take ownership to enable success in this role.
