**The Role**

The team of experienced financial advisors are committed to delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.

As a Client Services Officer within the retail private investment division, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to clients and supporting financial advisors in delivering quality advice. You will be the first point of contact for clients, managing their queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional service to clients, responding to their queries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Manage client onboarding, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist financial advisors with preparing client reports and presentations
- Support the financial planning process by preparing financial plans, investment recommendations and reviews
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient business operation.

**About You**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role within the financial services industry
- Xplan software experience highly advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Relevant qualifications in financial planning or a related field
