This role is a 6-month fixed term contract. The Revenue and Billing Officer is responsible and accountable for completing allocated tasks in an accurate and timely manner, which allows quality service to our internal and external stakeholders.

The position is accountable and responsible in ensuring compliance with SCC policies and procedures, relevant standards, relevant legislation and accepted industry practices.

**Essential**:

- At least 1-2 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable role, preferred in Aged Care Industry.
- Intermediate computer skills with demonstrated abilities in software programs such as Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Time management skills and ability to prioritise and plan.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with competing deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail & accuracy.
- Strong customer service skills, polite in approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills adaptable to a wide range of stakeholders.
- Dedication to maintaining confidential information.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Friendly, personable & willing to be a team player.
