**The Role**:
We are looking for a responsible Revenue and Billing Officer, to be appointed in Finance team, based at our Epping head office. The Revenue and Billing Officer will be responsible and accountable for completing allocated tasks in an accurate and timely manner, allowing quality service to our internal and external stakeholders.
**This position will be offered as fixed term contractual role for 3 months.**

**As Revenue and Billing Officer your key functions will be**:

- Fortnightly billing and direct debit for customer for allocated account portfolio.
- Handle customer movement schedule.
- Work with Facilities for overdue accounts.
- Handle incoming phone calls.
- Process refunds.
- Demonstrated experience in Billing and Accounts Receivable role
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
- Time management skills, ability to prioritise and plan
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with competing deadlines
- Attention to detail & accuracy
- Excellent customer service skills, polite in approach
