**The Role**:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a full-time, Revenue and Billing Officer, to be appointed in Finance team, based at our Epping head office. The Revenue and Billing Officer will be responsible and accountable for completing allocated tasks in an accurate and timely manner, allowing quality service to our internal and external stakeholders.

**As Revenue and Billing Officer you will**:

- Handle incoming contracts, loading data in Epicor & Nera and sending to customers
- Contact delegated list of customers for overdue invoices.
- Takeover part of fortnightly Billing and DD process.
- Assist the Revenue and Billing Manager and Revenue and Billing Team with ad-hoc duties as required
- Responsible for the development and ongoing management of key internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Comply with all SCC policies and procedures in WHS, Workers Compensation and Return to Work
- Demonstrated experience in Accounts Receivable role
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
- Time management skills, ability to prioritise and plan
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with competing deadlines
- Attention to detail & accuracy
- Excellent customer service skills, polite in approach
