The Opportunity:
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and energetic Customer Service Officer to join our expanding team. This role offers a unique chance to gain valuable experience in the transport and logistics industry while contributing to our high-performance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily service functions, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Receive comprehensive training across various customer service activities.
- Create, review, and edit consignment notes with precision and accuracy.
- Handle customer issues and concerns proactively, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Prioritize and manage workload to ensure all receipts and orders meet DIFOT (Delivery in Full, On Time) agreements.
- Capture and record all additional charges daily to maintain accurate billing.
