**APG Workforce are currently looking for an ICT Program Coordinator for a 7-month contract Government Sector based in Parramatta.**

**Start Date**: ASAP

**End Date**: 7 Months

**Pay Rate: Parramatta + WFH - 2-3 days required in office per week**

**Pay Rate: $653.17 Per Day + Super**

**Primary purpose of the role**
- A program coordinator is an employee who plans, supports, coordinates, and is accountable for overall
- program coordination. This role supports the Program Director / Manager for the successful delivery of the
- portfolio

**Key Duties**
- Assist Program and Project Managers with procurement activities
- Draft Briefing Notes on behalf of the Program and Project Managers
- Support financial management of Projects; raising purchase orders, invoice payments, updating budget forecast and actuals.
- Provide program and project support as well as coordination of associated activities
- Maintain register of compliance with endorsed project management methodology or other organisational policies for audit purposes.
- Ensure key documentation for audit are stored in our content management system TRIM
- Coordinate and provide clear communications with key stakeholders including vendors
- Scheduling of meetings, workshops and assist with minutes and distribution of agenda and other material as required
- Assist is collating responses for Project and/or Program reporting.
- Assist Program / Project manager in project governance implementation and compliance.
- Support incoming project team members with onboarding activities and access.
- Refine and tweak processes to ensure continuous improvement of the day-to-day operations of the portfolio.

**Key knowledge and experience**
- Excellent writing skills - will be responsible for authoring and quality control of Briefing Notes
- Finance experience - including advanced excel skills - receiving and reconciling month-end financial transaction reports. Updating forecasts in excel and Smartsheet
- Previous experience working in a Government position
