Easy Authoring is seeking an experienced Program Data Analyst for monitoring and ensuring best practice data standards are embedded in the policy and pilot projects.

**Purpose of the role**:
This role is responsible for monitoring and ensuring best practice data standards are embedded in the policy and pilot projects in the Extending the Program (and more broadly in Strategic Planning).

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Producing and enabling program level reports to inform business direction and decision making.
- Collaborate and undertake various types of analysis to assess options to provide commentary and recommendations where required.
- Support the development of new data collection methods to inform program delivery.
- Analyse metrics that matter, develop presentations with data visualisation and provide recommendations to continually improve pilot delivery and future design.
- Work with Subject Matter Experts and project managers to determine business needs.
- Priorities and manage workload to provide responsive data support to inflight projects
- Providing accurate and timely analysis and synthesis to ensure that decisions and advice are based on the best possible data and information including an accurate picture of the current situation.
