An exciting opportunity exists in our Moutai Retail store located in Melbourne CBD. We are expanding our team and have a vacancy for a full time Store Manager. If you are after a career in the liquor industry or just have a passion for premium spirits and luxury goods then this is the opportunity for you.

Reporting to the store manager responsibilities include:

- Engaging with customers in an effort to build sales revenue
- Promoting the brand image and showcasing the Spirits of China range of products
- Conduct in-store tastings and other promotional activities
- Maintaining store presentation to the highest level
- Educating Australian customers about Chinese Baiju
- Cash handling and stock control
- Building relationships to get Moutai stocked in premium on-premise venues in Melbourne such as hotel groups, restaurants and bars

Ideally you will:

- Love providing exceptional customer service
- Have previous experience in retail or customer service roles
- Be well-presented and comfortable guiding tastings with customers
- Sales experience selling to premium on-premise venues such as hotel groups, restaurants and bars
- Have a valid RSA or willingness to acquire one
- Have proven ability to work well in a team
- Ability to work 40 hours per week on a flexible roster
- Have knowledge of Moutai or Chinese Spirits - would be an advantage as would an appreciation of Chinese culture
- Be bilingual and can speak both English and Mandarin
- Be passionate, self-motivated and results driven
