About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager with providing leadership and direction to maximise store sales and profit performance, customer satisfaction, staff training, and development. You will work closely with the Store Manager to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in setting and executing sales performance goals to increase profitability
  • Assist the store manager in hiring, training, and assessing store employee's productivity and performance
  • Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store
  • Assist in overseeing stock and store operations

Qualifications

  • High school education or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years' store management experience
  • Customer centric with a positive attitude
