**Part-time Assistant Store Manager (20 hours / week)**

**Our Client**:
This is a fashion retailer with more than 20 years of industry experiences originated from China. It manages a number of prestigious brands and has now become one of the leading enterprises in the local Chinese fashion industry. They have launched into the Australian market in 2019, and its very first Australia’s store was opened at Melbourne Central the same year in June. Following the next few years, they had expanded a children & women’s wear store and a men & women fashion flagship store to Doncaster Westfield and Emporium respectively. In the near future, more stores will be launched in Sydney, Perth and other regions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coach and mentor your team to achieve sales targets.
- Be motivated and driven to achieve KPIs
- Build client relationships and expand your VIP database
- Love fashion and have flair and enthusiasm to style clients
- Create a positive and successful team environment
- Support the Store Manager by overseeing the overall operation of the store including supervising and directing the workforce, inventory, as well as rostering of employees etc.
- Managing the store’s financial performance, safety and security.
- Implementing visual merchandising displays, ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality by re solving complaints and queries in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- **Previous experience as Assistant Store Manager / Supervisor / Senior Sales or similar role is required**:

- **Fluent in Chinese and English**:

- Strong interpersonal, communication and sales skills, able to establish and maintain relationships with customers
- Keen sense of fashion
- Strong ability to carry out tasks with high level of ownership, accountability

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
