**Your new company**
This international luxury fashion house is recognised for their strong presence in the women’s and men’s prestigious and timeless RTW Collections, leather goods and accessories and have established themselves as one the world’s most iconic brands. There is currently an opportunity for an experienced Boutique Manager to be responsible for their Flagship Boutique based in Chadstone Shopping Centre.

**Your new role**
Reporting directly to the ANZ Retail Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a Flagship store and team in Chadstone Shopping Centre. You will do this through extensive coaching and development and providing appropriate training opportunities. Key accountabilities include consistent monitoring of all financials and K.P.I’s, and also taking appropriate measures to uphold and go beyond all client expectations. Consistent communication and feedback on each employee’s and the boutiques performance with the ANZ Retail Manager is also a key element to the role. You will also be the main point of contact for all Marketing and VIP events alongside Chadstone’s and the brands marketing teams.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this position you must have proven extensive experience in senior luxury retail management, specifically in the high-end, luxury goods environment. You will have key skills in implementing and executing sales and growth strategies as well as a background in managing and exceeding budgets and sales targets within a luxury environment. Exceptional time management, communication, presentation and motivational skills are essential.
