**THE POSITION**

As RATIONALE continues to deliver Luminous Skin for Life to even more Clients, we're looking for two passionate and
experienced Flagship Managers to lead our RATIONALE Raffles City and Tang Plaza Flagship Stores. Reporting into the Head
of Sales, these are a full-time positions based in Singapore Central.
As the RATIONALE Flagship Manager:

- You will lead by example and create a supportive and inspiring Team culture
- You will perform facial treatments and skin assessments
- You will drive success in your Team through ongoing training, mentoring and providing feedback whilst

working closely with your Head of Sales to build a highly effective Team
- You will achieve operational excellence and deliver on sales expectations and targets
- You will be the embodiment of the RATIONALE values.

Our dedicated Education Team will ensure you are trained across our product formulations and Treatment offering from
the time you begin with us, and consistently throughout your career with RATIONALE.

**THE PERFECT PROFILE**

In this role, we are looking for a positive and energetic self-starter with an unwavering passion for skincare In addition,
you will ideally have:

- Previous Spa/Beauty Retail management experience
- Previous experience performing facial treatments and conducting skin assessments
- Certifications from CIDESCO, ITEC, CIBTAC, IFA
- Demonstrated commitment to lead, motivate and develop a Team of Therapists
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven sales success
- Strong operational, administrative and time management skills
- A true passion for exceptional customer service
- Actively participate in positively contributing to the culture of your Flagship Team
- A desire to learn the RATIONALE formulation and Treatment range
