**NOW HIRING |** Due to promotion we are now seeking a Store Director for this globally renowned luxury powerhouse that specializes across RTW, Leathergoods, Accessories and more.

Accountable for significant revenue you will take ownership for this flagship store that delivers one of the strongest results in APAC. This is a complex business that has an extremely loyal and affluent customer base, a high performing team and requires a leader with significant leadership expertise and retail experience.

With a significant expansion project scheduled - this is a rare and exciting opportunity to join this business at a critical time.

With core accountabilities across:

- Business development and strategy
- Team Leadership and management
- Client Management, acquisition and retention
- Operations Management
- Visual merchandising

You will drive and maximize sales performance for your business, objectively analysing your business and looking for opportunities to improve results. You will create compelling sales strategies that drive impact and use your excellent stakeholder management skills to create results through corporate partners.

You will be a market leader in Melbourne - utilising your expertise to identify, attract and retain clients, and develop and deliver events and incentives to grow the business.
- Proven track record of effectively managing a larger team including an area manager looking to make their move into luxury
- Strong retail operational skills with at least 10 years in the management role
- Understanding the brand values and direction
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a calm demeanour
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Outstanding planning and organizing skills
