**Ray White Commercial (WA)** is seeking a driven individual, with real estate sales or administration experience, who would be excited for an opportunity to learn about and transition into the commercial real estate sales sector.

Although the role will involve assisting the JMD with some tasks associated with running the business, the majority of the job focus will revolve around assisting the JMD in their capacity as a selling principle within the business.

Skills & Experience required:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in real estate sales;
- 2 years’ administration experience is preferable;
- Have a current Sales Registration;
- Be self-motivated and driven;
- Be organised, fast, and willing to learn;
- Cope well under pressure;
- Have strong verbal and written skills;
- Be intuitive with strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude;
- Attention to detail;
- Professional presentation;
- Great time management skills;
- Competent with CRM systems;
- Drivers Licence & Reliable Car.

The Role:

- Assisting with sales and leasing campaigns, including being a point of contact on

some marketing campaigns;
- Prospecting, lead generation, appraisals, and database management;
- Liaising with current clients, preparing vendor reports, ensuring all deadlines are

met;
- Diary management, attending meetings, taking minutes;
- Conducting inspections;
- Assisting with appraisals & submissions;
- Assisting with prospecting and promotional activities;
- Assisting with research and analysis;
- Assisting with basic administrative tasks;
- Other general duties as instructed.

On offer is an attractive remuneration package - salary range AUD $70,000 - $ 80,000, (inclusive motor vehicle allowance) plus superannuation.
