Job Title:

Ambitious Sales and Leasing Professional

We are seeking an accomplished sales and leasing professional to contribute their expertise in real estate, customer service, or sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential tenants to generate leads and conversion opportunities
  • Collaborate with property managers on leasing matters
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process
  • Schedule and conduct home opens and private viewings
  • Screen prospective tenants and assess their suitability for properties
  • Verify and qualify tenant applications
  • Prepare documents for lease preparation and negotiation
  • Deliver inspection feedback and advice to the property management team
  • Perform additional tasks as required by the management team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in real estate (property management administration, leasing, assistant property manager, or property manager)
  • Alternatively, a customer service background with some sales and/or marketing skills
  • Current Property Management Registration or willingness to obtain it
  • Valid driver's license and use of a vehicle
