As a trusted provider of novated leasing solutions, we're growing—and we're looking for a collaborative, people-focused Novated Leasing Sales Manager to guide our talented sales teams and help shape our future.About the role:This is a key opportunity to support and empower our vehicle sales team leaders to reach their full potential.
You'll work closely with fellow Sales Managers and the Settlements Manager to achieve shared goals, foster a culture of inclusion and continuous improvement, and ensure our customers receive outstanding service.Key responsibilities:Support and mentor two to three Sales Team Leaders, encouraging engagement and growth across geographically diverse teams.Drive achievement of sales and settlement goals through thoughtful planning and team collaboration.Build strong, trust-based relationships with financiers and stakeholders to enhance operations and funding strategies.Use customer feedback to guide improvements and elevate satisfaction outcomes.Provide clear, insightful reporting and collaborate on strategies to uplift performance.Address client concerns and contribute to ongoing enhancements in processes and technology.Participate in change initiatives and help teams adapt smoothly to new ways of working.Foster a culture of inclusion, development, and shared success aligned with Smartgroup's values.What you will bring:At least 3 years' experience supporting, motivating and developing sales teams, including Team Leaders.Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external partners.A strong drive to achieve and exceed business sales targetsA track record of delivering consistent outcomes and maintaining structured reporting practices.Passion for coaching and nurturing growth across all levels.Familiarity with financial product compliance and leasing legislation (desirable).
