**About Care Fast**

Care Fast Group is an NDIS-registered provider offering Supported Independent Living (SIL), Respite, and Community Access services across Victoria. We’re committed to compassionate, person-centred support for people with mental health conditions, psychosocial disabilities, autism, and dual diagnoses.

**About the Role**

We’re seeking caring and professional Support Workers to deliver high-quality support in residential settings. You’ll help participants with complex needs feel safe, respected, and empowered in their daily lives.

**Flexible working hours -**full-time, part-time, and contracting opportunities available.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support daily living, personal care, and independence skills
- Offer emotional, recovery-focused, trauma-informed support
- Assist with meaningful community participation and social inclusion
- Implement positive behaviour support under guidance
- Maintain accurate notes, case documentation, and reports
- Work collaboratively in a values-based team environment

What We’re Looking For
- Experience with mental health, psychosocial disability, autism (ASD), or dual diagnoses
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build trust and rapport
- Committed to dignity, choice, and person-centred care
- Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and sleepovers
- Qualifications in Community Services, Mental Health, Disability, or Social Work
- NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid & CPR certifications
- Valid driver’s licence and own car (mandatory)
- Reliable vehicle for traveling between multiple sites

**Locations & Coverage**

We service multiple suburbs across the south east region. As part of this role, you’ll travel to different locations, so own car is mandatory.
