Whats needed:

1. Educational Qualifications

  • Certificate III in Individual Support, Certificate IV in Mental Health or Certificate IV in Disability

2. National Police Check

3. Working with Children Check (WWCC)

4. First Aid & CPR Certification

5. Experience

6. Personal Attributes

  • Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, patience, and the ability to manage challenging behaviour or emotional situations are all highly valued in this profession.
