Care Fast Group is an NDIS-registered provider offering Supported Independent Living (SIL), Respite, and Community Access services across Victoria. We're committed to compassionate, person-centred support for people with mental health conditions, psychosocial disabilities, autism, and dual diagnoses.

About the Role

We're seeking caring and professional Support Workers to deliver high-quality support in residential settings. You'll help participants with complex needs feel safe, respected, and empowered in their daily lives.

Flexible working hours - full-time, part-time, and contracting opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily living, personal care, and independence skills
  • Offer emotional, recovery-focused, trauma-informed support
  • Assist with meaningful community participation and social inclusion
  • Implement positive behaviour support under guidance
  • Maintain accurate notes, case documentation, and reports
  • Work collaboratively in a values-based team environment

What We're Looking For

  • Experience with mental health, psychosocial disability, autism (ASD), or dual diagnoses
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build trust and rapport
  • Committed to dignity, choice, and person-centred care
  • Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and sleepovers
  • Qualifications in Community Services, Mental Health, Disability, or Social Work
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • First Aid & CPR certifications
  • Valid driver's licence and own car (mandatory)
  • Reliable vehicle for traveling between multiple sites

We service multiple suburbs across the south east region. As part of this role, you'll travel to different locations, so own car is mandatory.
