Raine and Horne Land Victoria is Victoria's Premier Englobo Land Sales Agency and national SUPERBRAND.

We are on the search for an individual who is absolutely switched on and who can take the responsibility of managing the design, delivery and promotion of a portfolio of marketing collateral and projects at one of Australia's premier Englobo Land Agencies.

Meeting deadlines is a critical aspect of your role, we are the industry leader in the Victorian land sector, your focus is to assist us in ensuring we continue to maintain the highest level of design performance and dynamic designs.

You will work hand-in-hand with our elite results-driven team to design and produce an array of printed and electronic marketing collateral.

You will be expected to present in a meticulous and professional manner.

The expectation is that you are totally reliable, committed and focused to your role within our organisation which is a non negotiable.

We expect you will be challenged by the high-energy environment, where you will be a key player in the production and design of our marketing collateral. You will play an integral role in the development and production of spectacular designs across a range of campaigns.

- We are looking for a Junior Digital Designer who is eager to evolve their skills and be responsible for creating dynamic, professional and thoughtful designs across our range of marketing collateral, products and services which will play a critical ongoing role in our campaigns.

**YOU WILL BE FOCUSED ON**
- Production of high-quality campaign collateral in both print and digital formats.
- Setting up final artwork for print and production.
- Collaborate with our Executive hierarchy to create unique and engaging designs.
- Managing various tasks across multiple projects to ensure the timely delivery of creative assets.

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR**
- You are a highly organised, team-oriented, creative, a problem solver and efficient,
- Ideally, you have a Degree in Graphic Design or similarly you are studying towards one.
- You have an excellent understanding and proficiency in working with the Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- You have an understanding of, brochures, banner, office templates and poster design.
- Strong understanding of branding, digital and print layout design, large format and developing campaigns.
- You have strong time management skills and multi-tasking capabilities.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.

**Salary**: $54,358.34 - $123,132.30 per year
