**About the Role**

Digital Deluxe, founded in 2015, is seeking an energetic and motivated junior digital account manager to join our team and support our senior account manager. In this role, you'll develop relationships with and oversee the digital marketing strategies of our clients to ensure that their digital goals are met. You'll also act as a point of contact between our clients and our internal delivery team.

To ensure success as a junior digital account manager, you should be able to project manage the implementation of complex, detailed digital strategies in an accurate and timely manner.

**Responsibilities**
- Determining client needs by participating in online meetings to outline their digital goals
- Assisting with developing and implementing a comprehensive digital strategy for assigned clients
- Overseeing the client's online presence and identifying areas of improvement
- Assiting with presenting effective digital marketing strategies and training to clients when needed
- Analysing the effectiveness of digital strategies by tracking metrics such as customer conversion rates and cost-per-click
- Creating and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with clients to build trust
- Writing reports on digital advertising campaign performance on a monthly or weekly basis
- Acting as a point of contact for clients to address any digital management queries or concerns
- Proactively communicating with clients to ensure they're happy and up to date with campaign progress
- Becoming an expert in various platforms and online tools used for campaign delivery
- Picking up various ad hoc tasks related to different channels and campaign types
- Quality checking work done internally to ensure everything meets our own and clients standards
- Keeping abreast with trends in the digital marketing industry

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field is preferred
- A certification in digital marketing management is preferred
- At least 1 year of experience as a digital account manager, or a similar role within a digital agency
- Strong knowledge and interest in digital marketing best practices and strategies
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and platforms, such as SEO, SEM, social media, Marketing Automation and websites
- Proficiency with cloud based productivity tools such Clickup
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- A great attitude

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
