Start your creative design career with an awarded, rising star in the Brand & Design space, having experienced phenomenal growth and success since launching on the Melbourne scene. The team are expanding and are now looking for a junior designer who can support the senior team and be mentored for future growth.

You’ll work closely with a highly talented Creative Director and small team, designing for brand, print, digital and social campaigns. The brands skew to the luxury space, so impeccably designed, exquisitely hewn work is the focus, with a strong eye to detail and finish. It’s a tight-knit team so you’ll work closely with Account Service, Strategy and Data and Production specialists so your ability to manage stakeholders and form relationships quickly is an important aspect of the role.

This boutique agency is headed by one of the most highly respected and impressive experts in the Brand and Design space, and is a wonderful start for a talented junior designer. You have qualifications in Communication Design, Graphic Design or Visual Communication with expertise across Adobe Creative Cloud and your folio should demonstrate a passion for brand design. You must have 6-12 months agency experience behind you. importantly you are motivated, talented and keen to to learn and build your skills in an agency environment.
