**Job Description**:
- Follow up on leads new and existing clients
- Up-selling of programs and changes to current services for existing clients
- Prepare quotations and service agreements for new and existing clients
- Forward potential opportunities to Business Development Manager and other Business Lines as appropriate
- Support marketing strategy and business development teams
Assist with the Sales and Marketing planning and reporting
- Maintain up to date list of all new and existing clients
- Maintain positive relationships with current and potential clients through regular contacts
- Ensure all client information is kept up to date and consistent across the CRM
- Provide all necessary assistance to the Sales Team
- Liaise with technical/operations teams to ensure excellent communication channels exist to facilitate the successful handover and execution of the new and current business
- Hybrid work - some office days and some home days
**Qualifications**:
- Experienced customer service in a service industry
- Intermediate to advanced IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, database)
- Ability to communicate with all levels of people
- Previous sales experience
- Negotiation skills
